How many times can I take an exam?
Currently we only allow for our students to take each exam once. If the results are submitted and the student fails the exam, a retest can be allowed following a written request and further review.
What happens if I do not pass?
Not passing the CFI exam is considered an indicator that you may need additional support understanding, or comprehending ,the material.
This does not mean that you cannot become CFI certified, or that you cannot receive your CE credit, but to do so will require additional effort, discussion, and further individual review.
Can I take this exam on my tablet or phone?
Yes, you can use any mobile device to log into your testing portal. The quality of your testing experience may be limited with smaller or older devices. We recommend that you try to use a laptop or desktop to take your exam.
Can I pause the exam, or do it in sections through the day?
No, you cannot pause the exam. If you do not complete the exam without switching browsers or closing the browser the test will be submitted AS IS, and you may receive a failing grade.
