Admission Staff

Admission staff are the first staff to interact with clients and their families. Having a variety of tools to choose from can be the difference when trying to admit a client.

Business Development

Fielding phone calls from clients and families creates a unique opportunity to provide support and guidance at critical moments prior to and after admitting into treatment.

Direct Care

Therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, after-care coordinators, and family therapists, all play a very large role in the continuum of care and how the family understands their role.

Direct value for administration and all staffing

In addition to the NAADAC approved CE credits, the on-site training provides supervision for each participant. We offer continued education on a variety of relevant subjects applicable throughout the continuum of care.

Having an improved understanding of family dynamics and the tools that interventionists use to guide families and individuals through treatment is an invaluable toolbox for all staff to possess.

Bringing the BRS Training program directly to your staff will give our facilitators the chance to personalize the training, offering specific tools and insights most relevant to your staff and their interaction with clients.
